An Ordinance establishing a Pay and Classification Plan for employees of the City who are represented by a labor organization for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024.
Key Issues:
-Labor agreements are in place for the three groups of employees that are represented by labor organization
- The employees represented by the IAM receive their annual pay increase at the beginning of the Fiscal Year
- Fire and Police represented employees receive a pay increase in February when the next pay table begins, and a second increase on their anniversary date of employment or rank advancement depending upon the labor agreement
