Issue/Request:
An Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Cooperative Service Agreement by and between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri (Lee's Summit Municipal Airport), and the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS), in the amount of $1,900 to conduct a Wildlife Hazard Site Visit and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for the same.

Key Issues:
The United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (SW), (“APHIS-WS”) has agreed to provide the Lee’s Summit Municipal Airport a Wildlife Hazard Site Visit as described in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5200-38 in accordance with the Cooperative Service Agreement (“Agreement”).
· The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a Wildlife Hazard Site Visit as required in the scope of services for the Phase 2 Airport Master Plan Update
· The project period shall be from the date of the execution by the City to September 30, 2023.
· The initial amount of the Wildlife Hazard Site Visit under this Agreement is not to exceed $1,900.
