Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving Modification No. 2 to an Agreement dated August 15, 2019 (RFQ No. 543-32272D) for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater Improvements - 5 locations by and between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. for an increase of $39,930.00 with a not to exceed amount of $246,540.00, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
Key Issues:

Stormwater infrastructure improvements were approved by City Council in the FY2019 Capital Improvement Plan
These projects are funded by the Stormwater Bond Issue approved by voters in 2007.
The City and Burns & McDonnell Engineering entered into an agreement dated August 15, 2019 (RFQ No. 543-32272D) for professional engineering services.
The City desires to modify the base agreement with Burns and McDonnell Engineering to provide additional engineering services during construction as reflected in Modification No. 2
