? As directed by the FY22 CIP, there are continued efforts to maintain and strengthen the City's water distribution system.
? Approximately 25,000 feet of existing water mains will be replaced utilizing pipe bursting under the Water Main Replacement FY22 - First Phase Project (hereinafter "Project No. 496-1").
? The total project budget for Project No. 496-1 is funded from the Water Construction Fund.
? PWE issued an advertisement for bids for the construction of Project No. 496-1 on March 9, 2022, guided by local policies and state statutes.
? Wiedenmann, Inc. (hereinafter "Contractor") was determined to be the lowest and best bidder by City staff.
? The City desires to enter into an agreement with the Contractor to construct Project No. 496-1.
