The Airport has received a request from Meisinger Aviation LLC to renew their FBO Agreement to continue performing aircraft sales and aircraft brokering services at Lee’s Summit Airport.

FIRST MOTION: I move for a second reading of an Ordinance approving a fixed base operator agreement between Meisinger Aviation LLC and the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri to rent office space to perform aircraft sales and aircraft brokering at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same.

SECOND MOTION: I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a fixed base operator agreement between Meisinger Aviation LLC and the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri to rent office space to perform aircraft sales and aircraft brokering at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same.


Background:

Meisinger Aviation has been in business over 60 years and is based in Chesterfield, MO. Meisinger provides a variety of Aviation services including aircraft sales, brokering, aircraft management and maintenance.

Impact/Analysis:
