Project No. 568-323-78, for an increase of $76,579.01 for a revised agreement amount of $3,642,897.88 and to increase the project timeline by 5 days, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
Key Issues:
? The City had previously entered into an agreement with Amino Bros. Co., Inc. for Project No. 568-323-78, Browning Street Extension - Browning St. to Hamblen Rd. Project ("Project"), being undertaken by the City’s Public Works Department.
? Pursuant to Section 8.2 of the City Procurement Policy, Change Orders 1 through 7 were approved administratively.
? The City desires to modify the Base agreement, as amended, to adjust the contract price and to increase contract time to 183 days due to additional paving, site work, fencing, underdrain, excavation and haul off to complete the work.
