An Ordinance amending Chapter 29, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking, Division 1, Generally of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, by amending Section 29-354 Stopping, Standing, Parking Prohibited in Specified Places.
Key Issues:
Section 29-354, Stopping, standing, parking prohibited in specified places in particular part B.4 pertaining to No Standing and No Parking within thirty (30) feet of a roadway intersection will be amended to also include within thirty (30) feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign, or traffic control signal located at the side of a roadway, whichever is greater.
