Background:
During the construction of the project to date, several utility conflicts were identified. As a result, several design changes needed to be made to work around the utilities. In some cases, simple quantity adjustment were required. While in other cases, new items needed to be added to the project to mitigate the conflict. All time delays associated with the utility conflicts will be addressed in Change Order #2. This Change Order also addresses all routine quantity adjustments to date.
