The applicant proposes rezoning a 7.8-acre parcel from AG (Agricultural) to RLL (Residential Large Lot) for a proposed 6-lot single-family residential subdivision.  The requested RLL zoning requires a minimum 0.5-acre lot size.

Recommendation

Recommendation: With the conditions of approval contained in the staff report, the application meets the requirements of the UDO and Design & Construction Manual.

Committee Recommendation: On a motion by Mr. Kitchens, seconded by Ms. Jana-Ford, the Planning Commission voted on December 10, 2020, to recommend DENIAL of Application #PL2020-240 - Rezoning from AG to RLL - Pine Tree Farm Estates, 1050 NE Todd George Rd; Keith Foster, applicant.  The roll call vote was as follows: 5 "Aye" (Mr. Kitchens; Mr. Lovell; Chairperson Funk; Ms. Jana-Ford; and Ms. Arth); 2 "No" (Mr. Trafton and Mr. Sanning); and 1 Abstention (Mr. Loveless).
