Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a Special Use Permit for an indoor climate controlled storage facility that also includes limited outdoor non-climate controlled unit access and vehicular storage in District PI on land located at 3930 and 3924 SW Raintree Drive, proposed Storage Mart, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 33, The Unified Development Ordinance of Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances, for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
