An Ordinance approving Modification No. 1 to an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater - SW Lea Drive (RFQ NO. 543-32272A) by and between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Olsson and Associates, for an increase of $25,795 with an amended not to exceed amount of $234,251, and authorizing the City Manager execute an agreement of the same.

Key Issues:
? Pursuant to Ordinance No. 8665, the City entered into an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater - SW Lea Drive (RFQ No. 543-32272A) with Olsson and Associates

? During design it became apparent that an existing 24-inch major distribution water main would be in conflict with the proposed culvert under Ward Road.

? The City desires to modify the base agreement with Olsson and Associates to provide additional engineering services for the design and relocation of the water main.

? Funding for this project is authorized from the Capital Projects Sales Tax Fund that was approved by voters in April 2017 and became effective on April 1, 2018
