An Ordinance awarding the bid for Project No. 576322-5C for the Stormwater Improvements: NE Delta School Road to Infrastructure Solutions, LLC in the amount of $1,093,280.00, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.

Key Issues:

· City staff identified locations in the City where structural flooding occurs, including NE Delta School Road.
· The stormwater improvements at NE Delta School Road, as designed by Lamp Rynearson, Inc. pursuant to Ordinance No. 8926, includes replacing approximately 1000 feet of deteriorating corrugated metal pipe (hereinafter "Project No. 576322-5C").
· Project No. 576322-5C is funded from the CIP Sales Tax Fund that was approved by voters in April 2017 and became effective April 1, 2018.
· PWE issued an advertisement for bids for the construction of Project No. 576322-5C on February 24, 2021, in accordance with local policies and state statues.
· Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (hereinafter "Contractor") was evaluated to be the lowest and best bidder by City staff.
· City desires to enter into an agreement with Contractor to construct Project No. 576322-5C.
