I move to direct staff to include funding for the implementation of Priority Based Budgeting in the FY2019 budget.

Committee Recommendation:  Jack Feldman made this Presentation to the Committee.  Vice Chairman Edson made a motion to direct staff to include funding for Priority Based Budgeting in the FY19 Budget.      Seconded by Councilmember Faith.  The motion carried by the following vote: Vice Chair Edson, Councilmember Faith and Councilmember DeMoro all voted Aye.  Chairman Binney voted Nay.
