Recommendation

With the condition of approval below, the application meets the goals of the Ignite! Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of both the UDO and DCM (Design and Construction Manual).

1.                     Development shall be in accordance with the preliminary development dated November 14, 2023, and building elevations dated July 9, 2023.
