Issue/Request:
The applicant proposes a final plat composed of two (2) lots and one (1) common area tract on 8.29 acres. The proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary development plan (Appl. #PL2023-162) for Tailormade Landing.
Proposed Motion:
I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled, “Tailor Made Landing, Lots 1-2 and Tract A”, as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Planning Commission Recommendation: A motion was made by Board Member Loveless, seconded by Board Member Benbrook, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council - Regular Session. The motion carried unanimously.
