An Ordinance approving the award of RFP 2024-041 to A-1 Sewer and Septic Service, Inc for Stormwater Infrastructure CCTV Inspection for a one-year term with four possible one-year renewal options and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.

Key Issues:

· The City has over 122 miles of Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) that is prone to failure due to corrosion or other damages that may lead to sinkholes or flooding
· The City requires a contractor to provide CCTV inspection of storm water infrastructure to prioritize CMP Rehabilitation efforts
· Funding for Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) Rehab/Replacement project is supported by the 2017 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Sales Tax
· The City desires to enter into an on-call service contracts for Stormwater Infrastructure CCTV Inspection

I move to recommend to the City Council approval of an Ordinance approving the award of RFP 2024-041 to A-1 Sewer and Septic Service, Inc for Stormwater Infrastructure CCTV Inspection for a one-year term with four possible one-year renewal options and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
