Body

Background:

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources requires the City of Lee’s Summit to regulate inspection of Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) for compliance with the City’s Stormwater Management Plan Permit (General Permit).  The proposed updates in Chapter 16 are necessary to adhere to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources permit requirements

I move to recommend approval to the City Council an ordinance amending Chapter 16 of the Lee’s Summit Code of Ordinances, the Lee’s Summit Property Maintenance Code, pertaining to stormwater best management practices.
