Issue/Request:
The applicant proposes a final plat composed of thirteen (13) lots and two (2) common area tracts on 39.40 acres. The proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary development plan (Appl. #PL2023-011) for the mixed-use development on the subject property.
Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled, “The Village at Discovery Park, Lots 1 thru 13 and Tracts A & B”, as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

On a motion by Vice Chair Arth, seconded by Ms. Rader, the Planning Commission unanimously voted on October 26, 2023, to approve the Consent Agenda, inclusive of Appl. #PL2023-142 - FINAL PLAT - The Village at Discovery Park, Lots 1 thru 13 and Tracts A & B; Intrinsic Development, LLC, applicant.
