Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of a Resolution approving the appointment of an successor directors to the board of directors of the New Longview Community Improvement District.

 

Background:

The New Longview Community Improvement District was formed pursuant to the direction of the City Council which was provided through the adoption of Ordinance No. 8557 on February 19, 2019. 

 

The Board of Directors met on June 1, 2023 and voted unanimously to approve the appointment of Russell G. Pearson, Justin Larson and Bryan Parrish to be successor directors to the Board of Directors of the New Longview Community Improvement District to serve four-year terms expiring in 2027.
