A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to appoint Successor Directors to the 740 NW Blue Parkway Community Improvement District.
Key Issues:
The 740 NW Blue Parkway Community Improvement District (CID) was established November 2, 2017 by Ordinance 8276. The District is run by a Board of Directors. The CID Act and Article III, Section 3 of the District By-Laws provide for the Mayor of the City to appoint Successor Directors of the District with the consent of the City Council.
Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to appoint Successor Directors to the 740 NW Blue Parkway Community Improvement District.
