Proclamation: Buckle Up Phone Down Day - October 21, 2022

Issue/Request:
Mayor Baird is issuing a proclamation in honor of Buckle Up Phone Down Day to join more than 20,000 people and 700 businesses that have pledged to make the roads safer for themselves and others by taking the Buckle Up Phone Down Challenge.
Ms. Vanessa Hickman with LS CARES and Ms. Debra Huwar from MoDOT as well as students from LSR7 who work with Lee's Summit CARES will be present to accept the proclamation.
