In accordance with Code of Ordinances, Section 6-25 Chair; Vice-Chair
The Board, on or before December 1 each year, shall choose a Chair and a Vice-Chair from among the citizen members. The terms of the Chair and Vice-Chair shall be for one (1) year with eligibility for reelection.
