Body

Issue/Request:

Pursuant to Ordinance 4634 adopted in 1998, the City maintains a Schedule of Fees that provides a consolidated list of all City Fees and charges in one comprehensive list.  The last version of the Schedule of Fees was adopted by Ordinance no. 9428 on May 31, 2022.  The City now wishes to amend the Alarm Registration and Renewal Fees in the Police Department section of the Schedule.  A separate ordinance is being proposed to make the necessary changes to the Code of Ordinances.
