Title

Body
This ordinance amends the recently adopted section 2-254 to clarify that an application to serve on a city board, committee or commission is required not only for the first such appointment but also for any reappointment.

Update: At the 9-06-22 Meeting of the City Council this item was returned to the Rules Committee for further consideration. Specifically, staff was asked to remove the perceived requirement that all person wishing reappointment complete a full application but instead simply be asked to update information to reflect any changes. Staff has made this change and the Committee will find the amended ordinance attached.
