Issue/Request:

The final plat application is for The Retreat at Hook Farms, 2nd Plat, Lots 179 thru 215 and Tracts J-L, consisting of 37 lots and three common area tracts on 24.92 acres.  The proposed final plat is substantially consistent with the preliminary plat.

Proposed Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled, “The Retreat at Hook Farms, 2nd Plat, Lots 179 thru 215 and Tracts J-L” as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Committee Recommendation

A motion was made by Board Member Trafton, seconded by Board Member Loveless, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council. The motion carried unanimously.
