Discuss future dates for Lobbyist to present at Council Meeting

Pursuant to the agreement for lobbying services, our lobbyist provides an in person report each year. Generally, these have occurred following the end of the session. This year the final day for the Governor to sign bills is July 14; therefore, staff believes it would be helpful to ask the lobbyist to present his report at a meeting after this date. The two Council Meeting dates after July 14 are July 19 and July 26. We will provide a recommendation to the Committee that takes into consideration the likely work load for those two Council Meetings and Mr. Durham's availability.
