The applicant seeks approval for Park Ridge 7^th Plat, Lots 329-361 and Tracts F6-F7.  The subject application is related to the preliminary plat and preliminary development plan, which were approved in 2005.

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled "Park Ridge, 7^TH Plat, Lots 329-361 and Tracts F6-F7", as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
