The applicant is seeking approval of a final plat consisting of 55 lots and 3 common area tracts for the 2^nd plat of the previously approved Woodside Ridge residential subdivision.

Proposed Council Motion:

I move for adoption of An Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled "Woodside Ridge, 2nd Plat, Lots 144-198 and Tracts I, J & K" as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
