Presentation and discussion over Facilities Asset Management
Key Issues:
This presentation and discussion will cover the process utilized to perform a Facilities Condition Assessment, as well as review a sample of the initial results. The discussion will also include how the information is intended to be used, and what the next steps may be.
Background:
In the spring of 2021 Central Building Services issued a RFP for the preparation of a Facilities Condition Assessment. Bureau Veritas was selected to perform the assessment and completed its work in December of 2021.
Central Building Services is currently analyzing the assessments for 10 facilities, as well as receiving additional training on reporting and database administration. This information is being utilized in the preparation of the Building Equipment Replacement Program.
