Sonrise Masonry is interested in entering into a lease on a parcel of property at 1305 SW Jefferson Street for purpose of storage.  The attached ordinance and lease define terms for the use of this property on a year by year basis.

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving the lease agreement between Sonrise Masonry, Inc. and the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, for the use of the property at 1305 SW Jefferson Street for storage, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same.
