I move for adoption of an ordinance vacating a certain easement located at 2030 NW O’Brien Road in the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Recommendation
With the Conditions of Approval as reflected below and outlined in the ordnance, a motion was made by Board Member Trafton, seconded by Board Member Rader, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council - Regular Session. The motion carried unanimously.
1. The ordinance approving the vacation of easement shall be recorded with the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds office and a copy of the recorded document shall be returned to the Development Services Department prior to the issuance of any building permits.
