Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a Special Use Permit for major automotive repair in District CP-2 (Planned Community Commercial District), located at 710 SE Blue Parkway for a period of thirty (30) years, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 33, the Unified Development Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Committee Recommendation
A motion was made by Vice Chair Arth, seconded by Board Member Rader, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council- Regular Session, due back on 10/19/2021 with the condition that the parking count be reduced from 69 stalls to 50 stalls. The motion carried unanimously.
