I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving an Ordinance accepting final plat entitled Paragon Star, 4th Plat, Lots 5, 6, 7A-7C, and 8, as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Arth, seconded by Board Member Rader, at Planning Commission on a date of September 23, 2021, that Appl. #PL2021-183 - FINAL PLAT - Paragon Star, 4th Plat, Lots 5, 6, 7A-7C, & 8; Paragon Star, LLC, applicant, be recommended for approval to the City Council - Regular Session, due back on October 19, 2021. The motion was approved by an unanimous vote.
