Staff has prepared a memo outlining the Unified Development Ordinance criteria for land use applications. These criteria are in place to help the Planning Commission prepare a thorough recommendation to the City Council. The memo is attached to the packet. Also attached is a chart created to serve as a guide regarding the making and amending of motions.
