Background:
The Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District was formed pursuant to the direction of the City Council which was provided through the adoption of Ordinance No. 6225 on July 27, 2006.
The Board of Directors met on May 6, 2021 and voted unanimously to approve the appointment of Steve Caffey is Chairman, Alex Block as Vice Chairman, Amy Ehlers as Secretary, Angie Rogers as Treasurer, and David Block as Executive Director to the Board of Directors of the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District.
