Issue/Request:
Ordinance to cleanup of some administrative errors that occurred during budget development. One arose from an entry error in the Road and Bridge Improvement fund. This amendment corrects that error to match the project planned budget.
The second item reflects a software problem with tabulating money that was transferred from other funds into the ITS Services fund. These changes do not require additional General Fund expenditures and don't require revenues above and beyond initial forecasts.

I move to recommend to City Council for approval an Ordinance approving Amendment No. 2 to the Budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022, as adopted by Ordinance No. 9184 and Ordinance No. 9187, by amending the authorized expenditures in the Road and Bridge Improvement fund and the ITS Services fund for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
Background:
As mentioned during budget development, staff may need to bring amendments forward as needed corrections or operational requests arise in order to keep the budget an active, accurate planning document.
