Discussion of 2021 Legacy Blast Programming and Funding

Key Issues:
A July 2021 Legacy Blast event was not planned or funded in the City's FY21 Budget due to the conditions of the pandemic at the time of adoption. The Finance and Budget Committee has discussed amending the FY21 Budget and/or adding funds to the City Manager's Proposed FY22 Budget to hold an event in July 2021 or September 2021.
The Committee discussed authorize up to $50,000 from General Fund Reserves to fund the event. The Committee would like to continue this discussion with the full City Council.
