Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting final plat entitled the Retreat at Hook Farms, lots 50-99 and tracts D, E, F, G & H as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
Other Information/Unique Characteristics:
A Certificate of Final Acceptance has not been issued for the subdivision-related public infrastructure, nor has any form of financial security been received to secure the completion of the public improvements. This application will be placed on hold following the first ordinance reading by City Council until the infrastructure requirements are met.

Committee Recommendation
A motion was made by Board Member Sanning, seconded by Vice Chair Arth, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council - Regular Session, due back on 5/4/2021. The motion carried unanimously.
