Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving Modification No. 2 to an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater - SW Lea Drive (RFQ NO. 543-32272A) with Olsson and Associates, for an increase of $25,575 with an amended not to exceed amount of $259,826, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
Key Issues:
· Pursuant to Ordinance No. 8665, the City and Olsson and Associates entered into an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater - SW Lea Drive (RFQ No. 543-32272A) (hereinafter "Base Agreement").
· Olsson and Associates (hereinafter "Engineer") has submitted a proposal with estimated costs to provide additional engineering services during construction of the stormwater improvements for SW Lea Drive.
· The City desires to modify the Base Agreement, as amended, with Engineer to provide said construction phase services (hereinafter "Modification No. 2").

I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance approving Modification No. 2 to an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater - SW Lea Drive (RFQ NO. 543-32272A) with Olsson and Associates, for an increase of $25,575 with an amended not to exceed amount of $259,826, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
