Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for a adoption of an Ordinance accepting final plat entitled Cobey Creek, 1st Plat, Lots 1-30, 140-159 and Tracts D, E, G, H & J, as a subdivision to the City of Lee ’s Summit, Missouri.
Other Information/Unique Characteristics:
A Certificate of Final Acceptance has not been issued for the subdivision-related public infrastructure. The City has received a letter of credit issued by Pinnacle Bank for a maximum of $169,125.00 to secure the completion of the public improvements.

Committee Recommendation
