Background:
The City of Lee's Summit has been actively working on updating the City's Comprehensive Plan and has engaged Shockey Consulting to help with the update. This meeting will provide an update on current progress, and seek feedback for incorporation into the plan. The purpose of the meeting is to have a collaborative discussion on the following topics:
• Land Use Framework and Future Land Use Discussion
• Design Principles
• Fiscal Impact Model
