An Ordinance approving a Fixed Base Operator agreement between Meisinger Aviation LLC (Hereinafter "Operator") and the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri (Hereinafter "City") to rent office space to perform aircraft sales and aircraft brokering at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City. Key Issues:
The Airport has received a request from Meisinger Aviation LLC to renew their FBO Agreement to continue performing aircraft sales and aircraft brokering services at Lee’s Summit Airport.

Proposed City Council Motion:
FIRST MOTION: I move for a second reading of an Ordinance approving a Fixed Base Operator agreement between Meisinger Aviation LLC (Hereinafter "Operator") and the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri (Hereinafter "City") to rent office space to perform aircraft sales and aircraft brokering at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City.

SECOND MOTION: I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a Fixed Base Operator agreement between Meisinger Aviation LLC (Hereinafter "Operator") and the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri (Hereinafter "City") to rent office space to perform aircraft sales and aircraft brokering at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City.
