An Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Second Supplemental Agreement to Airport Aid Agreement for Project No. 166-109A by and between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, extending the grant expiration date to December 31, 2021 for assisting with relocation and extension of taxiway A at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport.

· The project is in the process of being closed out
· This amendment extends the grant expiration date from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2021.
