An Ordinance approving Change Order No. 2 to the contract with Wiedenmann, Inc. for the FY20 Watermain Replacement project, an increase of $131,662.24 and 28 calendar days to reach substantial completion for a revised contract price of $2,527,993.24.
Key Issues:
? The Water Utilities Department desires to extend a 6 inch dead end watermain to an existing 6 inch watermain to create looped system.
? This watermain extension requires additional contract work and time to complete.
? Other contract items are being adjusted to match the actual quantities constructed to date.

I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance approving Change Order No. 2 to the contract with Wiedenmann, Inc. for the FY20 Watermain Replacement project, an increase of $131,662.24 and 28 calendar days to reach substantial completion for a revised contract price of $2,527,993.24.
