Issue/Request:
Each year the Committee reviews and recommends various items as legislative priorities to the City Council. This year the Committee has prepared a brochure that is similar to last year. Again it is intended to be easy to read and eye catching with less detailed text than in previous years. The legislative priorities generally include issues related to maintaining local control over various components of City governance including rights-of-way and revenues. The 2021 brochure is attached to the packet for consideration.
Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for the adoption of a Resolution adopting the 2021 Legislative Intergovernmental Program for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
