Background:
The City of Lee's Summit has been actively working on updating the City's Comprehensive Plan and has engaged Shockey Consulting to help with the update. This meeting will provide an update on current progress, and seek feedback for incorporation into the plan. The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Provide a process and engagement update, specifically the purpose of the community meetings planned for the week of November 16th.
- Discuss the proposed structure of the new Comprehensive Plan
- Discuss the 10 building blocks of the new Comprehensive Plan and get feedback from the Council and Commission
- Communicate the next steps in the process
