Information Technology Update for Pandemic response and CARES Act Funding
The City’s response to the pandemic has incorporated a significant number of technology changes and upgrades. These changes began with facilitating telework, and are moving towards further changes and modifications to improve the City’s ability to maintain operations in a multi-location basis. Whether the activity is onsite, remote or hybrid, continued improvements are making it easier to staff to complete their work in an efficient effective manner. And allowing stakeholders improved remote availability to staff and services.
