Presentation of the tools to review current development

Three resources, the CityView Portal, the Development Project List and Current Development Activities, are available to determine the location, status and details for projects around the City. Staff will present the location and features of these resources to the CEDC in a real time interactive demonstration.
The CityView portal allows direct access to all documents and comments associated with applications, permits and business licensing. The user needs to know the address or case number to directly access details on the portal. Since the other two tools allow access to the portal, the presentation will start with the capabilities of the portal.
The development project list is a website resource displaying all the projects working their way through the City’s public hearing process. The list can be sorted by public hearing date, council district or project number. Each project has a direct link to documents and staff comments through the CityView portal.
Current development activities shows a combination of applications and permits on a map. By clicking on a point of interest the user can get a direct link to the portal and associated documents.
