Mayor's State of the City Address

As required by the City Charter, Section 4.4. Powers and Duties (b) State of the City: The Mayor, during the first quarter of the city’s fiscal year, shall present to the Council information as to the affairs of the city and any recommendations of the Mayor.
Mayor Baird will provide his prepared remarks to the City Council during this period of time.
With the assistance of the Creative Services Division, we will produce a video of his comments to the City Council in order for it to be shared publically and help to provide a public record.
