Proposed Committee Motion:

I move to recommend to City Council for approval an Ordinance approving a form Public Service Agreement for the distribution of Coronavirus Relief Funds to various non-profit entities and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same on behalf of the city with awarded applicants.

 

Proposed Council Motion:

FIRST MOTION: I move for second reading of an Ordinance approving a form Public Service Agreement for the distribution of Coronavirus Relief Funds to various non-profit entities and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same on behalf of the city with awarded applicants.

 

SECOND MOTION: I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a form Public Service Agreement for the distribution of Coronavirus Relief Funds to various non-profit entities and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same on behalf of the city with awarded applicants.

 

Background:

This ordinance is granting approval to enter into a standard agreement for the distribution of Coronavirus Relief Funds.  After Council has determined which entities will receive funds and the amount each will be awarded, the agreements will be completed to include that information.
